Investment in Romania

We have a set up structure between Barcelona and Bucharest that allows us to invest safely.
A flat in Bucharest nowadays costs from 25.000Ђ to 50.000Ђ depending on the location, but this price will increase rapidly in the next 5 years
due to the fact that Romania will get into the European community along the 2007 or 2008.
Now is the proper moment to invest. (not only flats, also lands, houses...)
