My company, Voiceville, is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. Our clients are in the UK and the USA areas but we are operating globally. We do B2B, B2C intensive marketing campaign to our clients. Depending on how you want us to do the marketing campaign for you, we can set face-to-face or telephone appointments, generate leads, database cleansing, research and survey, inbound customer services, etc. As for our existing clients, we do research and survey for a mineral water company supplier (Ireland), booking for a five star photographic studio in Central London, face-to-face appointment setting for a mortgage and Accounting business in London, a telecommunications company in the USA, direct selling for a high-end beauty product in the USA and lead generation for a high-end real estate company, financial services in the UK and the USA.
Our call center is located in the Philippines, the world’s 3rd largest English-speaking country and houses competent manpower. There are numerous American companies putting up their own call centers here in the country because of our infrastructure, people and the low cost of investment.
We are operating globally and our charge is $7.00 per calling hour/4 GBP for UK.
For inbound, we are charging $7.00/4 GBP for UK per hour per seat. We are operating 24/7.
